Designed in Stainless steel AISI -304(18/10), they can be completely dismantled for an easy cleaning and maintenance. With 1 or 2 removable control blocks (depending on the model) which are fitted with a built-in resistance, an adjustable thermostat from 140 Cº to 190 Cº, safety thermostat as well and a start up light pilot. Oil tank GASTRONORM type with a level indicator and fitted with a lid which serves to withstand the basket during the frying process. It can be easily placed at the back vertically. Adjustable level feet. It is recommendable to place them on top of the tables we have designed for the same line and dimensions.
